    1865: 40 paras black on rose, single example used on 1866 cover addressed in Armenian from Besiktas to Büyükdere on the European side of the Bosphorus, tied by oval morning datestamp "19 OC 66 / M / Beshiktash" in black. Reverse with oval evening datestamp "Buyukdere" of the same day in black. Some slight ageing of no significance, a rare and attractive franking.
