    1856: Complete four page Newspaper mailed from Istanbul with negative seal AN CANIBI-I POSTA DER ALIYE-268 handstamp struck in blue-green (Coles & Walker fig. 10) on front. Scarce and most unusual, believed to be the sole known usage on a Newspaper.
