Underpaid and taxed on arrival with Turkey Postage 1905 1 pi. blue pair tied by rare usage of "Kinaliada / Proti Island" negative seal handstamp (Coles & Walker fig. 62) in black. British P.O. Constantinople cds (Aug 8) alongside and charged 2 d. Postage Due to recipient. Somewhat aged but a rare and most appealing cover.
