    5 pi. black on crimson thin paper coloured through used in combination with Postage Due 2 pi. black on thin red-brown paper horizontal pair on 1864 cover from Der Aliye, Istanbul to Rustchouk tied on arrival by bold dotted Rustchouk handstamps in black (Brandt Type II / B-10 / Coles & Walker fig. 60). The 5 piastre has been lifted for checking and carefully replaced, slight cover creases, but a rare combination of adhesives on cover, illustrated in Basaran II on page 167.
