    2 pi. black on blue thin paper, a superb horizontal pair, right hand stamp showing the major plate flaw "Broken Frame" at top, used on cover to Plovdiv (Filibe), Bulgaria in combination with 20 pa. black on yellow and Postage Due 5 pi. black on brown (showing the "Broken Tughra" variety) all cancelled by dotted battal in black. A magnificent and very attractive three colour franking. Illustrated in Basaran II on page 115.
