    Ploesti 1863: Austria 10 kr. blue, perf. 14, used on 1865 cover to Ploesti / Romania tied by Kronstadt despatch cds in black and by PLOJESTIE datesamp (6/2) of arrival with further strike of datestamp on reverse (Tchilinghirian fig. 768). Cover with faults but a most unusual and early usage of this scarce datestamp.
