    Galatz 1852 (Sept 26): Entire letter to Trieste struck on despatch with superb two line dated GALATZ handstamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 741) in black. Carried via Czernowitz (Oct 3) and fumigated at the border (Raucher number "R.No.79" on reverse) and thence via Krakau to Triest, where charged 18 kreuzers due (9+9). A fine entire that opens well for Exhibit display.
