    1864: 10 s. blue and horizontal pair of 15 s. brown, perf. 9½ used on 1868 cover from Brousse (sender's cachet on reverse) to Lyon, endorsed 'via Varna' tied by CONSTANTINOPEL datestamps (14/7) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 387). Strasbourg entry marking in blue on front (20/7) and Lyon arrival (21/7) on reverse of a scarce cover.
