    1918 (Dec 7): Imperial Arms definitive, 7 r. dark-green & pink imperf. with Kiev type I Trident overprints (Bulat no. 48) in a block of four, tied by Belilovka Kiev Gub. cds's in blue to reverse of Money Transfer Card, sent to Berdichev (Dec 21). Stamps not punched, a very attractive MTF card. Signed Bulat BPP.
