    1918 (May 11): 5 k. mauve, 70 k. brown & orange and 1 r. dark-brown & orange Imperial Arms definitives, all perf., tied by Skvira cds's to reverse of large-format registered envelope, sent from Skvira notarial office with large red wax seal to Kiev District court with Kiev arrival mark alongside (May 13). 1.75 rouble tariff for a registered cover in the sixth weight group of UNR rate from January 15, 1918, sent briefly after occupation of Ukraine by troops of the Central Powers.
