    1922 (Sep 7): Registered Ukrainian stationery postcard (inverted Poltava overprint type 24, not listed in Bulat) used as blank card with Imperial Arms definitive 10 k. blue perf. and 1 r. dark-brown & orange imperf. (vertical pair), giving the 12 r. registered postcard rate, tied by Poltava cds's and sent to Petrograd with arrival mark on reverse (Sept 15).
