    1916/17: ½ pi. imperforate Proof in deep blue (issued in scarlet) on very thick carton paper, unused as produced, with Farouk cartouche on reverse. Extremely rare, just one sheet of 50 stamps printed, most probably originally donated to Farouk.
    Provenance: Collection King Farouk of Egypt (1955).
