    1848: Earliest Impression1 d. orange-vermilion on yellowish paper, a magnificent used example with ample to huge margins all round, position 3 on the plate of 12 subjects, cancelled by numeral "2" of Flacq centrally struck in black. Traces of minor horizontal bend and a slight scuff at upper right corner mentioned for accuracy and in no way detracting from the appearance of this beautiful and rare Classic stamp. Cert.
