    Foreign Post Offices: French PO's 1867: France 20 c. blue pair, used on 1868 entire letter from Varna, Bulgaria to Galatz, Romania tied by "5103" gros chiffres in blue with framed "PD" and pearled "VARNA / TURQ. D'EUROPE" datestamp alongside (Aug 11). Reverse, displaying well on flap, with pearled "GALATZ / MOLDAVIE" cds of receipt (Aug 12). One or two imperfections but an entire of great scarcity.
