    1872: Small collection of the scarcer values of the 1872 Prince Carol issues, with (9) examples of 15 b. red, (5) examples of the 50 b. blue/red stamp and (1) proof. There are two unused 15 b. and three unused 50 b. in the lot, and also three used stamps with Dr. Gmach's opinions. Noted was a rare 15 b. pair (one stamp thinned) and rare Proof of the 50 b. frame only (with one tiny ink line on front, mentioned for accuracy). Condition fair to fine.
