    1866: 20 pa. black on pale rose, a used example with large margins all round, contemporary scissor cut in margin only, tied to 1867 entire letter to Braila by two strikes of "BUDEU" circular datestamps (Dec 12) in blue (Kiriac fig. 369). File folds well away from the adhesive, an attractive entire. Ex collection Sassower.
