    1862: 30 par. blue used on cover from Bucarest to Giurgiu, dated 11 July, tied by Bucarest datstamp with an additional strike alongside, endorsed 'Urgenta', to the reverse a very fine Giurgiu arrival in black dated the same day, pen note and owner mark in the bottom right corner at front and two arrows affixed to the front, otherwise fine, the stamp having good to large margins all round and very fresh colour.rnNote: Burarest is over 60km away from Giurgiu, same day delivereies were very uncommon.
