    Russian PO's 1859: Entire letter from Galatz to Bucharest endorsed "Urgent" at top in cyrillic, struck with sender's cachet in blue, and on reverse with "IZ GALATSA OVPRAV / March 27 1863" (translation Despatched from Galatz) handstamp struck in black ink (Tchilinghirian fig. 48) and recorded in Dobbin (63-2-02 / 1.05), with manuscript '1' on reverse and rated "1-20" on obverse in ink and in red crayon. An exceptionally rare entire. Ex collection Sassower.
