    Hungarian Post Offices in Romania, Bucharest 1864: Arms 5 s. rose and 10 s. blue, perf. 9½, used on 1867 entire letter from Bucharest to Constantinople tied by "BUCAREST" circular datestamps (May 7) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 714). Reverse with Austrian P.O. "Constantinopel" arrival cds (May 10) in black. A rare entire and a very early first week usage from the Hungarian Post Office
