    1867: Condor 5 c. yellow-green, early state, a superb vertical pair with large margins all round and portion of adjoining stamp at top, used on 10 July 1867 entire letter from Sucre to Tupisa, cancelled by framed "EXTERIOR / FRANCA" handstamp in black.
