Confederate States 1862: Jefferson 10 c. pale milky blue, Stone Y probably by Patterson, a fine example with large even margins all round and sheet marginal at top, used on 1862 cover to Lynchburg tied by bold "RICHMOND / Va." cds (Oct 7) in black.
