    1840: Mulready 2 d. blue, envelope, used locally within Exeter, dated 5 December 1840, with Maltese Cross and town dated to front both in red, with intact wax seal to flap which is also fully intact having been opened by blade, clean and fresh colour, very fine condition for this, rare so fine and provincially used in Devon SG ME3 = £2'500.rn
