    1899: ½ d. blue green, 2½ d. Prussian blue Die II and 6 d. orange, on chalk surfaced paper, wmk. Crown over NSW, all with gum, vertical (½ d. and 6 d.) or horizontal strips of four and an additional vertical pair of the 6 d. orange cancelled by "NSW" oval handstamps, further cancelled upon receipt from the UPU by a Portuguese Colony with "ULTRAMAR" handstamps in blue, fine and very scarce Specimen strips; see Bendon page 55.rn
