    1887: 5 c. black on blue and Colombia 2½ c. black, Retardo, horizontal pair, used on cover, from Panama to Saxony, Germany, dated 10 May 1890, tied by 'AGENCIA CORREOS NACIONAL / PANAMA' duplex in black, with 'LIGNED PAQ.FR.No.2' French packet datestamp in blue 21 May 1890 alongside, to reverse Pirna arrival 16 June 1890, cover damaged centrally which has been repaired, otherwise fine, a rare combination of Map of Panama and Colombia Late fee (5c) stamps.
