    Ingoing 1887: USA, 2 c. green, postal stationery envelope, sent from California to Panama, dated 12 October 1889, addressed to 'The Pacific Steam Ship Co.', cancelled by violet duplex, underpaid and received a New York tax mark of 15 c. in black to front, on arrival in Panama 5 c. black on blue tied by 'AGENCIA CORREOS NACIONAL / PANAMA' duplex dated 30 October 1890, some slight toning and minor soiling, very appealing and rare; only example of this issue used as a postage due.
