    1820: Entire letter sent from Panama to Madrid, dated 6 March 1820, with fine strike of the 'PANAMÀ' straight-line postmark in red, part overstruck with '7R' charge mark in black on arrival in Spain, an attractive and rare entire; only six pre 1821 letters recorded with this postmark and a total of twenty-one letters with the Panama straight-line.
