1856/60: 3 d. dull green, watermark double-line "2" instead of "3", three mostly good to large margins, barely touched at top, lightly cancelled with "NSW" in ovals, pleasing fresh colour, slight thins of no importance given the rarity of this desirable watermark error, with approximately twenty examples recorded, its elusiveness further attested to by the absence of any examples in the Burrus, Caspary, Dale-Lichtenstein, Hind, Slade, or Wiggins collections.
