    1850: 2 d. ultramarine, Plate III (position 2), a fine example with large margins all round and showing the outer frame lines at top and at left, used on 1850 cover from Sydney to Maitland tied by obliterator handstamp in black. Reverse with fine circular "SYDNEY / ♚ / NEW SOUTH WALES" despatch datestamp (Oct 16) and fair only "MAITLAND / ♚ / NEW S. WALES" arrival both in black. Unrecorded in the Ben Palmer census.
