    1897: 2 pi. orange-brown, nine examples and 5 pi. slate (12 examples) all used on registered /AR cover to Surgeon Lt. Col. Slogett at the Military Hospital in Alexandria, all tied by fine strikes of "WADI HALFA" cds's (15.IX.1897) in black and by fframed "AR". Reverse with Alexandria arrival cds (Sept 21). A rare and fine cover.
