N.R." for "10/-" applied in manuscript and counter-signed; reverse with manuscript "Given by Mr. ****              of the N.R. / First stamps used in the N.R. before the ordinary ones were printed. This is a 10 s. one signed by A. de Vletter, Postmaster and counter-signed by the Treasuerer Biel". Rare and most unusual.
