    Overprinted on Great Britain by De La Rue 1891/94: Great Britain 4 d. green & purple-brown overprinted, a diagonally bisected example, lower right half, used on 1900 cover to Mochudi tied by fine "PALAPYE STATION / B.P." cds in black (March 12), with Postmaster's manuscript below "R.M. P.M." in ink confirming the authority of the bisect. Reverse with "MOCHUDI / B.B." arrival cds (March 20) in black. A few slight envelope imperfections but very rare and much superior to the Inglefield-Watson example Gi = £ 2'500.rnrnProvenance: Harmers, London, 24 Feb 2003, lot 1036.
