    1866 (27 Sept): Entire letter from the Russian consular P.O. in Constantinople via Odessa to Kishinev in Bessarabia, bearing Imperial 1865 10 kop. brown & blue in a strip of three, tied by light KONSTANTINOPOL despatch cds in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 3), KISHINEV arrival cds in black alongside, reverse with ODESSA transit (29 Sept) cds.
