    1908: Arms 1 k. orange, two horizontal pairs, used in combination with 1913 Romanov 7 k. brownish-yellow vertical pair, on a registered cover, from Imianpo, Manchuria (today North Korea) to Germany, dated 13 August 1913, with Chinese Eastern Railway registration label (torn) in Cyrillic alongside matching Latin label, franking to the reverse of printed commercial envelope, tied by Chinese Eastern Railway Imianpo Cyrillic datestamp in black, with partial arrival 8 September 1913, very rare example with Chinese Eastern Railway; even the Dr Raymond Casey collection had no examples.rnNote: Romanov stamps were not on sale in the post office in China but were accepted for payment of postage when supplied by the customer.
