    1861: The cover/entires selection (11) with 1 r. black on green single frankings from Leon de Los Aldamas and Yrapuato with negative seal handstamp (cert. Jaretzky); 2 r. black on pink single frankings from San Luis Potosi, Vera Cruz and Zamora with straight line handstamp; 2 r. black on pink in a strip of three without District name used on 1864 cover ex Zacatecas to Guadalajara (signed Holcombe); 4 r. black on yellow - diagonally bisected usages paying thew 2 reales rate from Guadalajara, with corner marginal example used ex Guadalajara with oval cachet in blue (signed Darteyre in biro), another with Guadalajara cds in blue (signed Todd), and a further example used from San Luis Potosi (signed Todd) together with quartered 8 r. black on red-brown used as 1 r. on cover from Zacatecas to Sombrerete (signed Bash). A scarce and most attractive group with a further 'Eagle' 1 r. blue (IV) pair on cover from Morelia. Ex collection Provera.
