    Mexico City 1864/66: Eagle First period 1 r. ultramarine, 2 r. orange and 4 r. green, fine examples used on 14 May 1864 entire letter to Guadalajara, all tied by "FRANCO / MEXICO" circular datestamps (May 15) in black. An excepotional three colour franking used in the first week of issue. Rare and most attractive. Signed Todd AIEP.
