NSW reading up, perf. 12, an unused example centred to left, overprinted POSTAGE in black and "OS" in black (7 mm. spacing), further overprinted "SPECIMEN" in black, produced for Presentation sets, horizontal wrinkles at base on large part og. Just nine examples are recorded os the originally issued stamp. Scarce.
