    1881: Quetzal 5 c. red and green, used on mourning cover, Quetzaltenango to Guatemala City, dated 17 January 1882, tied by a large "6" numeral in oval in blue, with "Correos Quetzaltenango" datestamp alongside in the same colour, slightly soiled with the usual scuffs in the border, rare usage, one of only two known Quetzal covers canceled with large "6" numeral, also the earliest known use of the 5 c. value.
