    Fiscal used for Postage 1888/96c.: The cover selection (8) with 1888 cover franked 1884-1885 Fiscal 1 c. blue pair mailed to New York at Printed Matter rate tied by Quito cds, 1893-1894 1 c. red Fiscal pair used with postal stationery cut-outs 5 c. and 10 c. on wrapper to New York, 1895 cover used within Guayaquil with horizontally bisected Fiscal 10 c. slate, 1885-1896 1 c. blue Fiscal used in 1895 on 2 c. red postal stationery card (H&G 14) from Guayaquil to Philadelphia; 1893-1894 1 c. red used on 2 c. + 2 c. stationery card to New York; together with 1896 cover from Quito to Guayaquil with 1896 overprinted 5 c. on 10 c. orange pair and a single 5 c. on 10 c. orange used in Guayaquil.
