    1837/1928: The Postal History selection (16 covers / cards) with 1837 disinfected entire from "Fernandina / De Jagua" to Bordeaux; 1862 cover with ½ r. blue pair to Bordeaux, 1876 entire to Paris via New York and incoming cover from France to Havana with Siège 40 c. orange (3) and 1871 10 c. used over edge of cover with "NE / 2 Rs.", 1890 cover with 5 c. an 10 c. to Stuttgart; 1896 registered cover with 5 c. blue (6) to Canary Islands; 1898 single 3 m. chestnut used on Printed Matter rate cover; later with 1920 First Flight Havana - Key West cover, 1928 cover with three line cachet "REC. ST. PETERSBURG FLA / AUG 14 1928 / FR. WRECKED PLANE NC55". A scarce group. Ex the Brian Moorhouse estate.
