1886 (Feb): New Dies. 1 c. scarlet on yellowish, perf. 13½, a used horizontal pair (positions 11-12) on local internal 1886 cover to Port au Prince, tied by very scarce "Saint Marc / Haiti" circular datestamps (March 11) in black with information strike at right. Slightest perf. repair to position 11 however a very scarce local letter, and an early usage of this issue.rnrnProvenance: Collection F.
