    1886 (Feb): New Dies. 1 c. scarlet on yellowish, perf. 13½, a used example, centred to right but superbly cancelled by "Jacmel / Haiti" circular datestamp (10 February 1886) - the earliest recorded date of use. Sold together with a 1 c. used rejoined horizontal pair (positions 31-32) with "Double Perforation" variety at top, neatly cancelled by "Petit Goave / Haiti" cds (21 July 1886).
