    1845/1851: Entire letters (2) with 1845 unpaid entire to Bogotá struck with oval "SANTAMARTA / DEBE" and handstruck "3" due in red, and 1851 unpaid entire to Rionegro, Antioquia with oval "SANTAMARTA / DEBE" in blue with handstruck "1½" real rate in blue - the postal rates for letters under 300 miles were reduced on 29 April 1846.
