    Prepared for Official purposes 1896 (Dec): 2½ a. in red on 2 a. dull blue, Setting IV, the extraordinary unused multiples, irregular blocks of twenty-six and twenty-eight, the latter with sheet margin at base but with slight diagonal crease affecting the top right stamps, showing the complete Setting less six stamps, with 22 examples of the Type 3 overprint, 9 examples of the Type 4 overprint and 23 examples of the Type 5 overprint; nine stamps showing dropped second "z" in "Zanzibar, 8 with raised second "z"; Row 4, Stamp 5 showing "1" in "½" inverted, of gorgeous fresh colour, large part og. with most unmounted og.
