Provisional Surcharge in red 1896 (Aug 15): 2½ in red on India 2 a. pale blue, Surcharge Type 8, a fine used example also showing "small second "z" in Zanzibar" (Row 2, stamp 2), lightly cancelled in black leaving the surcharge clear.
