Overprinted at the Zanzibar Gazette 1895/96: India 8 a. dull mauve overprinted, a used example, variety "Zanzidar" (Row 4, stamp 6, 1st State) with dropped small second "z", a fine example of good colour lightly cancelled by "Zanzibar / Reg" cds in black (Nov 22, 1895).
