    Overprinted at the Zanzibar Gazette 1895/96: India 2 a. blue, a used horizontal pair, first stamp with "small second "z" raised in Zanzibar" and second stamp showing variety "Zanibar for Zanzibar", lightly cancelled by Zanzibar thimble datestamps (July 10, 1896) in black leaving the variety clear.
