    1915 (Jan): German East Africa 7½ h. carmine, handstamped "G.R. / MAFIA" in reddish violet, a fine unused block of four, marginal from base of sheet, all handstamped but light, almost 'albino' impressions, one additionally initialled "JDM" by Lt. Col. J.D. Mackay, Governor of Mafia Island in manuscript ink. Fresh appearance and very rare, large part og. with lower pair unmounted og. A rare and exceptional multiple.
