    Typographed by De La Rue 1897/1900: 1 d. black & ultramarine, 2 d. black & yellow, 4 d. black & carmine and 6 d. black & green used with 1896 1 d. black on 4 d. blue registration envelope to London (H&G C7) at double rate, all tied by BLANTYRE / BCA circular datestamps (Dec 15, 1897) with oval "REGISTERED / BCA / LETTER" handstamp adjacent.
