    British East Africa Protectorate 1896/1901: ½ a. - 8 a. and 1897/1903 1 r. bright ultram,arine (rare) and 2 r. orange all used on 1903 OHMS envelope addressed to Dr. Nabarro in Mombasa tied by MOMBASA cds's (Dec 2) with "Foreign Registration Department / Mombasa" cds below alongside framed registration handstamp. Some peripheral toning around perfs. but an attractive usage.
