    Overprinted on India at the Zanzibar Gazette 1895/96: Overprint on India, the complete set of fifteen values, together with the Dec 1895 2½ a. on 1 a. 6 p. sepia, applied to six pieces from the Bechuanaland Collection of stamps received from the UPU in Berne, all handstamped "CANCELLED" in black. The high values are not the 'smaller overprint' normally associated with the stamps sent to the UPU in Berne. Slight peripheral age spots on some, otherwise fresh and very fine, a unique assembly.rnProvenance: Collection "Shivani", Spink, London, 8 May 1997, lot 177.
